Tiffany Douglas is a noteworthy figure who has dedicated her professional career to promoting the security and advancement of children. She is an accomplished leader at Bank of America, where she has been employed for over 16 years, serving as the Global Women’s Initiative and Under-represented Talent Strategy Executive. Prior to this, she served as the SVP, Market Executive for 15 years, where she provided strong leadership in three core areas: community engagement, business integration, and brand favorability.
