Driving Change and Opportunities for Women in Technology
Chris Rydzewski is an inspiring leader who has dedicated her career to promoting the advancement of women in technology. As the Executive Director of the Michigan Council of Women in Technology Foundation (MCWT), Rydzewski focuses on driving strategic initiatives while furthering programmatic and stakeholder engagement across multiple groups. Her leadership has been instrumental in advancing the organization’s mission to inspire and grow girls and women in technology and driving funding to support programming initiatives.
Prior to MCWT, Rydzewski had over 20 years of sales and sales management positions focused on technology and application solutions with companies such as Dynatrace, Compuware, and BMC. Her primary focus was business development and strategic account coverage. This extensive experience allowed Rydzewski to bring a unique perspective to MCWT and has helped her to establish a network of partnerships with some of the biggest names in technology.
