Ross Comstock, the Vice President of Information Systems and Technology at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, has been instrumental in supporting this cause through his work with the Detroit Regional Workforce Fund (DRWF).
The DRWF brings together investors and leaders from the private, public, and nonprofit sectors to create opportunities for low- and moderate-income persons to connect with emerging and growing career pathways. Through employer-engagement and educational partnerships, the DRWF supports innovation by convening stakeholders, identifying barriers, and creating solutions that lead to systemic changes in the public and private workforce ecosystem.
